Reiley O’Connor

Partner

Reiley O’Connor is a Co-Founder of Bield Advisory and is the Founder of Bield Secured. Reiley manages the organization’s daily operations, brokerage business, and finances. In addition to these two roles, he oversees several ongoing development partnerships and is a Commercial Broker.

Prior to Co-Founding Bield Advisory and Bield Secured, Reiley worked as a Sr. Product Manager at Amazon within Global Payment Products where he ran Amazon’s Prime Store Credit Card. Reiley has also worked as a Development Manager at The Aspen Group and as a Project Engineer with Suffolk Construction. He has brokered a wide range of commercial real estate transactions representing tenants, landlords, and buyers of hotels, industrial, office, and retail. Reiley has led site selection and executed expansion strategies for several US consumer and technology corporations. He’s also led several multi-family and retail redevelopment projects within Massachusetts. Reiley’s experience in construction, technology, capital formation, and real estate investment provides him with a rich understanding of markets and a wide range of real estate investment strategies.

Reiley received a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Cornell University. Reiley is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Outside of work, Reiley has been involved with YNG New England (YPO Next Generation – Chairman – 2019-2022) and founded the Annual (8th) “SLOC” Paddle and Golf Tournament. He has worked as a tutor at Boston Scholar Athletes and Co-Chaired the 2017 St. Lawrence Reunion. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, ice hockey, tennis, golf, boxing, and spending time with family and friends.

Thomas Sibley

Partner

Tom Sibley is a Co-Founder of Bield Advisory, LLC with over 18 years of real estate brokerage experience; Tom acts as an advisor to Bield’s brokerage and management business. In addition to supporting Bield Advisory LLC, Tom is a Co-Founder of Arris Partners an industrial asset acquisition company.

Prior to founding Arris Partners LLC, Tom was a broker with Atlantic Retail Properties where he spent 13 years developing and implementing expansion strategies for many national retailers, such as Starbucks, TJX Companies, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle and several others. In addition to his tenant representation, Tom was involved in many ground up developments as well as site redevelopments, from an investment perspective as well as sourcing, permitting and leasing the various projects. In his career, Tom was responsible for leasing over three million square feet of space on behalf of retailers, owners and developers. Prior to Atlantic, he was a broker with Browne Realty Advisors. At Browne, Tom’s primary focus was the expansion of CVS retail locations inside route I-95/128, with a concentration on urban markets.

Tom received a B.A. from Hobart College, where he was a member of the Hobart Men’s Hockey Team. Tom is a member of ICSC and Realty Resources.

Tom resides in Concord, MA with his wife and three children.
