Our diverse professional experiences: investment banking, institutional portfolio management, commercial brokerage, product management, development, and the law give our team the skills to analyze opportunities within the context of rapidly evolving markets.

Meet Our Team


Frank acts as Bield’s managing broker and legal counsel. Frank brings nearly 40+ years of legal, and real estate experience to the firm. Frank, is most well know for his service as the former US Attorney to the District of Massachusetts.

Frank graduated from Harvard in 1969. After college Frank joined the United State’s Navy where he served as an Intelligence Officer during the Vietnam War. After his service, Frank attended and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1976. From 1977 to 1980, Frank worked as an associate at Choate, Hall, and Stewart. He then became an Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Boston Gas Company. In 1983, Frank was a founding partner in the law firm of Vena, McNamara, Truelove & Lahey. In April 1987, Frank was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to serve as the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. In 1982 he was a Republican candidate for Congress in Massachusetts’‘s 8th Congressional District and ran against Thomas Phillip “Tip” O’Neill Jr.

Frank is the father to twelve amazing children and a loving husband to Elizabeth McNamara. When he’s not working he can be found working in the yard, running at the track, playing golf, or in Maine on his island with his family.

Originally from Concord, Frank resides in Bolton, MA with his wife and twelve children.


Reiley O’Connor is a Co-Founder of Bield Advisory and heads up the organizations daily operations and finances. In addition to these two roles, he oversees on going developments, and operates as a broker.

Prior to Co-Founding Bield Advisory, Reiley worked as a Sr. Product Manager at Amazon within Global Payment Products where he ran Amazon’s Prime Store Card. Reiley has also worked as a Development Manager at The Aspen Group and as a Project Engineer with Suffolk Construction. He has personally invested and led a number of multi-family and retail re-development projects within Massachusetts. Reiley has led site selection and executed expansion strategies for a number of US consumer and technology corporations. Reiley’s experience in construction, technology, fundraising, and real estate investment provide him with a rich understanding of investment strategies and the future of real estate investment.

Reiley received a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University, and MBA from Cornell University. Reiley is currently the Chair of YNG ( YPO Next Generation) in the New England Chapter and also founded the Annual (8th) “SLOC” Paddle and Golf Tournament. He previously worked as a tutor at Boston Scholar Athletes, and Co-Chaired the 2017 St. Lawrence Reunion. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, ice-hockey, golf, boxing and spending time with family and friends.

He resides in Cambridge, MA.


Tom Sibley is a Co-Founder of Bield Advisory, LLC with over 18 years of real estate brokerage, and investing experience; Tom leads Bield’s brokerage business. In addition to running the firms brokerage business, Tom is a Co-Founder of Arris Partners an industrial asset acquisition company.

Prior to founding Bield Advisory, Tom was a broker with Atlantic Retail Properties where he spent 13 years developing and implementing expansion strategies for many national retailers, such as Starbucks, TJX Companies, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle and several others. In addition to his tenant representation, Tom was involved in many ground up developments as well as site redevelopments, from an investment perspective as well as sourcing, permitting and leasing the various projects. In his career, Tom was responsible for leasing over three million square feet of space on behalf of retailers, owners and developers. Prior to Atlantic, he was a broker with Browne Realty Advisors. At Browne, Tom’s primary focus was the expansion of CVS retail locations inside route I-95/128, with a concentration on urban markets.

Tom received a B.A. from Hobart College, where he was a member of the Hobart Men’s Hockey Team. Tom is a member of ICSC and Realty Resources.

Tom resides in Concord, MA with his wife and three children.
